How do I find the model and capacity?
Open Settings, General, then About. Copy the Model Name and Capacity. Available storage changes as you add files and apps. Use the total capacity when comparing prices. If the phone will not turn on, identify it from its original paperwork and disclose what you could verify.
Why can two phones with the same name sell for different amounts?
Check carrier lock status in About. Record maximum battery capacity and any repair messages the phone shows. Test Face ID, both cameras, charging, and the screen.
